FIFA08 "Be A Pro" [Archive]

Anyone know how this thing works?

Before buying the game for my XBox360 I had read that the Be A Pro mode for this game was one where you could play over time and improve your chosen player....sort of like Manager Mode, but from a player's perspective.

I've played in this mode several times, but as far as I can tell you can only play a one off game and be rated for that game.

Was I totally wrong to assume that you could play in this mode over the course of a season or career??

YES, in fifa 08 you have one whole season as that person

I'm pretty sure benfica is talking about the PC version. All I can make happen on the xbox is a one and done as well.

Pretty sure that it is an online only deal. Sucks. I'd like to play a career as one player

i play this online a lot...and to tell u the truth, theres a lot of people that play this game that dont know what their doing, all the users just run to the ball and everybody attacks, no one defends. although recently ive played wit peepz that can play well..online its all about communication, especially when ur captain. call out open people and stuff...
