"Must-Do's" in Amsterdam?

Before coming to London to watch the Gunners smash the Spuds, I'll be in Amsterdam for a couple days. If any of you have ever been, do you have any suggestions of "must-do's" in Amsterdam???

Red Light District - Definitely worth walking around in whether or not you use the "services." Just remember, no photos/pics of the ladies in the window!

Sex Museum - Kinda cheesy, but fun nonetheless.

Live Sex Show - Need I say more?

Hash/Marijuana Museum - (same as above)

Wok-2-Walk - a highlight of my trip. Fast food, Asian style where you pick your noodles, meat, veggies, sauce, etc. Cheap and tastes fantastic.

When all else fails, just get lost. (Though preferably not at night). Lots of shops/shows on the side that are cool and the city is that its more or less oval-shaped. So technically you can walk in a circle.

Those are all great suggestions i recommend hitting up the Heineken museum as well. I believe it was 10 euros and you got 3 free pints once in and a little gift at the end. The gifts we got were stainless steel credit card bottle openers which were i believe like 8 euros in the store.

Well nevermind i just went to the website and i guess it is closed for renovations until summer 2008. Sorry man, it was cool. :(

Wok-2-Walk...an absolute savior after what you should be doing in Amsterdam all day...cheap, good food

To be honest I didn't sight see much in Amsterdam...it's a beautiful city so just walk around, visit the local coffee shops, and have a chill, relax time

The Rijksmuseum is pretty sweet even if only a sliver of it is open due to renovation. But it's all the masterpieces you wanted to see anyway.

Amsterdam's actually a really lovely place. The pot clubs and the red light district are fun, but it's about 2% of what makes Amsterdam interesting.

You have to have a schmoke or two, and there's all the obvious things, the Anne "SHE'S IN THE LOFT" Frank museum, the Heineken museum, the modern art museum, in fact a lot of flippin museums. But's it's also a nice place to go out late, find a nice bar and chill out till the early hours

Visit the Heinken brewery, befriend some Asian tourists because they'll give you their free beer tokens, and because they're nice people
Coffee shops (avoid the Bulldog, it's touristy and the bud is cut with cigarette tobacco). I love a place called Grey Area that used to trade US cereal, yes breakfast cereal, for a beautiful sativa called AK47. http://www.greyarea.nl/home.html?agree=0
Of course, I didn't find out until after I got there. If I were you, I'd bring some Honey Nut Cheerios.

That's news to me. Everyone I know goes there for a few shags and bit a red leb. :D
