Making up for my gaffe on Saturday morning (hadn't had enough tea at that point of the morning!), here is the thread for the Burnley match tonight at Turf Moor. Kickoff set for 7:45 UK

Big news on the Rangers front is that Martin Rowlands is serving his yellow card suspension. Dexter Blackstock serves his final red card suspension match tonight as well...

Also, the R's will be wearing black armbands to remember Ray Jones tonight as this was the fixture postponed the day of his death...

Burnley are on a pretty good run of form at the moment, 3 wins-2 draws-1 loss in their last six matches. 5th in the form table (we're 23rd :(). QPR old boy Clarke Carlisle will be in action for the Clarets, here's what he has to say on the match (and Ray Jones)...

Tuesday's visit of Carlisle's former club QPR sees the Clarets with a chance of climbing to fourth in the table.

And on the evening itself memories of Rangers' player Ray Jones are set to be paramount, with the original fixture in August postponed following his tragic death.

"It was tragic circumstances with the postponement of the first game. Ray was such a young talent within the game who was obviously highly thought of at QPR and I'm sure that the thoughts of all the supporters and the players go out to his family," added Carlisle.

"As for the game itself, it's important that we capitalise on our home fixtures.

Oh dear, no Buzsaky tonight (dead leg). We'll play with Ainsworth and Sinclair wide in midfield - Bolder and Leigertwood in the middle. Two forwards - Vine and Nygaard. From Radio London.

This does not sound promising

Hmm... we'll be tough in the center and all the creativity will come from out wide. It's not like we've been playing well anyway... I'm happy to see Ainsworth get his first start in awhile (is this his first start under DeCanio?).

Walton on the bench is a shocker. I knew he was getting close to full practice, but, based on his QPR World interview last week, I didn't think he was close to ready for a game.

The commentator just mentioned that we're 7 points behind where we were at this stage of last season. :(

Here's the bottom half of the table (plus our opponent) entering today:

7 Burnley 20 5 32
......
13 Sheff Utd 21 0 27
14 Hull 21 -2 27
15 Crystal Palace 21 -1 25
16 Sheff Wed 20 -3 24
17 Cardiff 20 -2 23
18 Blackpool 20 -4 23
19 Scunthorpe 21 -6 23
20 Leicester 20 2 22
21 Norwich 21 -11 21
------
22 Colchester 21 -5 20
23 Preston 21 -7 18
24 QPR 20 -14 17

Burnely would go 4th with a win, 6th with a draw. A win for the R's would move us ahead of Preston and just one point (plus GD) shy of Norwich, who is currently in the last spot of safety.

Burnely have had a little the better of it of late, but neither side has had too many serious chances.

Burnley are upping the pressure. We need to improve or a goal could be coming.

34+ minutes played, the R's just earned our second corner (Sinclair earned it and took it).

Leicester have a player sent off (for what seems to be a professional foul, leading to a penalty) - and Ipswich convert the pen, 2-1 there. Leicester could be coming back down the table towards us...

I missed that, did he pick up a knock - or tactical?
