Alright, an easy-ish one.
After the champions league final Fergie commented that the penalty shoot out win was the first time he's won a proper/competitive match in that way (charity shield doesn't count). Whilst United manager he'd previously lost three times on penalties. Name the opponents, venues, competitions, and seasons.
