Scunthorpe United: Murphy, Williams, Crosby, Sparrow, Goodwin, Hayes, Paterson, Cork, Forte, Butler, Hurst.
Subs: Baraclough, Mulligan, Ameobi, Morris, Lillis.
QPR: Camp, Barker, Stewart, Bolder, Buzsaky, Rowlands, Malcolm, Vine, Rehman, Leigertwood, Sinclair.

Bolder back in the team with Leigertwood reverting to center back. I don't think De Canio knows what he wants to do in defence.

Whoops! I got ahead of myself! Forgot that it's Scunthorpe today and Burnley in midweek. Maybe a mod can change it, or we'll have to pretend it's not there :)
Come on you R's!
Did I miss something? Who's Angelo Balanta? Youth player? Under-the-radar loan?

Balanta is a youth player. Born in Colombia.

I'll take the point at this point. Anything to keep my glass near half full. We need points!!! Especially against the Scunthorpes of the world!!!

Good to see two goals from Buzsaky. I hope his purchase is set in stone.
That said, we can't be happy giving away a lead twice.
FYI, art, Balanta got his debut as a late-game sub in our mid-week loss to Palace.
You're right, Kevin, I don't think he knows what to do in defense... because we're incredibly thin there. Cullip wasn't up for it anymore and is gone. Mancienne is out with injury. Timoska has missed time with injury, too. Cranie was playing great before the injury ended his loan. Malcolm is getting uniformly poor reviews from R's fans on the message boards. Curtis appears to have been a complete bust of a signing as he hasn't been able to get near the first team since the first month despite having three different managers. For goodness sake, we're playing Rehman at right back even though I thought he'd been told he was surplus to requiremetns. We sent out Bignot on loan, only to lose Mancienne and Timoska to injury, leaving us with Rehman at the top of the depth chart at that right back.
The loss of Cranie hurt us a good deal. Individually, Mancienne (our best defender), Stewart, Barker, and Timoska are okay, but they haven't had much of a chance to play together due to injuries to two of those players (and because Cranie was working out so well before his injury). If we went an extended run with those four, we probably wouldn't be awful at the back. After that, there's almost no depth. Kanyuka might have a short window to claim a spot if he can get into some of the December games.
Camp is keeping us in some games and if we could add two starting pieces back there... or three... I think the rest of the team would round into shape (assuming we keep Buzsaky, Vine (or someone like him) etc., and we get someone permanently for the left side, like Ephraim).
Bolder was booked today -- I think that's his fifth, so he should be able to play mid-week, but be suspended next weekend.
I had to miss this one for a full-day birthing class today. Half a day tomorrow to finish the class.

According to the original release (http://www.qpr.premiumtv.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10373~1163643,00.html), the loan of Marcus Bignot to Millwall ended after today's games. Should he be starting for us at right back in midweek?
FYI, he's cup-tied for the FA Cup to Millwall, so we don't even have him to replace Mancienne, who cannot play in the FA Cup tie, against Chelsea.
He's started 3 League One and 2 FA Cup games for Millwall. Millwall's game at Luton, scheduled for today, was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.

Hey Atouk, I remember thinking we HAD to take birthing classes when we had our first child. Afterwards we thought it was nice and we were glad we did it but as things develop during the delivery a lot of what you learn in the birthing classes goes out the window.
My one piece of advice to you is don't follow my example and pass out while they are trying to give your wife an epidural!!! That messes you up for the rest of the delivery and leads to snickering from the nurses as well :D:D:D
