Zing!

I'm pretty happy with the draw, shouldn't be a difficult match but we can't take it for granted. This is our only hope for silverware this year, so let's hope we can at least make a decent run.

Six Premier League teams -- Sunderland, Birmingham, Bolton, Blackburn, Aston Villa and Everton -- have already crashed out in this round, and between two and seven more will be knocked out.

Right on.

3-0 to Wigan at home. Just class.

I would add Liverpool to the possible upset list, but A) the replay's at Anfield, B) it's Luton, and C) we don't know if Luton will exist next week.

A big payday from the replay will surely help.

******** me. Might as well lose the replay and get it over with. Why the hell do we always seem to get a ************ Cup draw?

We will beat Stoke 1-0, then beat Arsenal 3-1, and Big Sam will be thrown a parade.

More likely we'll lose to Stoke 1-0, then get beat by Arsenal 3-1 in the league, and Sam will be thrown a parade directly into searching for his next gig.

We'll beat Arsenal as they won't play many first teamers I wager. They have the CL and Prem title to contend for. (wishful thinking really)

Yeah, but wasn't that their "2nd Team" that beat our mostly "1st Team" squad in the league cup a few months ago? Someone at the FA really hates Newcastle, I've decided it is a conspiracy.

I was expecting away to Manchester United in all honesty. But this doesn't surprise me one bit. Essentially, our season is over. Oh well.
