So, are we going to continue our insane form from saturday or are we going to crash and burn?

we have a lot of players healthy and to choose from... makes it very exciting. you know, I do love AJ but that's not why I'm about to say this: I really like seeing Yak as our target man up front ATM, he seems to be working out well so far and I'm going to give him kudos for that, but I DO want to see AJ on the field... what would you all think of AJ dropping back a bit into fwd mid (not completely mid, but not an outright fwd) i guess somewhere along the lines of a 4-4-1-1 OR with i think pienar doing well on the wings (or is it jags) near the back, could we *try* a 3-5-2? obvs with one of the 5 able to drop into defense as one of the 2 drops into mid if necessary?

so many attacking options i'm getting a little dizzy :)

These are the important games if we're going to be trying to be a Europe club again. We can't afford to give up three points to one of the main competitors.

Pompey has only won 2 of their 6 home games (tying the rest). We're basically .500 on the road, with 3 wins, 3 losses and a tie.

It will be a tough game and honestly, I don't see us pulling off anything close to Saturday. Pompey are a good team this year, and their league position is no accident.

A point at Fratton Park would be a good result.

Perhaps Moyes could try something like Chelsea's "we call it a 4-3-3, but it's really a 4-5-1" formation.

With Yakubu as the target forward, and Cahill and AJ in support.

I wonder if this (http://soccernet.espn.go.com/news/story?id=485850&cc=5901) might provide a bit of a distraction for Pompey. Interesting stuff.

Tough tough game. I'd take a point at the moment and just keep the momentum going.

I say 2-2
Portsmouth are undefeated like 9 games now or something, they're no Sunderland
Arteta & Osman to score for us

You have to have one of the programs installed (I use SopCast) and then click the link. I'm using the True Visions stream and it's working quite well.

This game is scaring the crap out of me. Let's hope we get off our 7-goal high and get down to business soon.

I agree. We're looking a bit sloppy and off our mark right now.

Stevie P. needs to cool his jets. We cannot afford a sending off.
