If you just Qualified for the CL after a dream season, what would you do? I wouldn't leave. This is terrible.
If he wanted to play for Red & White stripes why not play for Athletic Bilbao!

The money aspect is fair enough..... but for f#ck sake Southampton????
Get a grip.... San Sebastian is probably one of the most beautiful places to live and play football in the world.
Combined with the fact that they will be playing Champions league football next season at the anoeta, I still fail to see how he could be attracted to play for Southampton.
All he has to do is ask big Sander he will set his mind straight.
Javi to get a big decent contract extension to stay at Sociedad. No less than he deserves.
