;)

Peer Kluge won't relegate for the 2nd time in a row. :-)

LOL!! I hope not. I just can't see them avoiding it.......

Me neither.

And even if, against all likelihood, they get a win against Schalke, who's to say that VfB will beat Bielefeld? The way we've been playing lately that is by no means a certainty, despite the fact that we really need the three points.

Lose to Bielefeld at home on the final day? If that happens, you guys have much bigger problems than Schaefer stinking the entire season.......

Whatever the outcome I think we can be rather sure that the Schalke - FCN fanfreundschaft will take a second serious blow in as many years...

But to be honest those that started it (and it have really been a serious, well attended friendship) must be between 50-60 y.o by now and the youngsters tend to form their own alliances.

For me it would simply be a very possible way of wrapping up a crap season.

But at the same time, I don't think we will lose. I do expect us to get the 3 points, but in football, who knows...

Damn, I didn't manage to get the free ticket for this afternoon's "Endspiel"!

Well, at least I've got the opportunity to go to the "Street of Human Rights" and meet the Dalai Lama ... but surely not without my radio! ;)

The father of a good friend of mine usually gets free tickets for FCN games. But this time, it looks like it wasn't so easy...

Well, I'm off to the city now. Following the radio conference should be even more thrilling than attending the game. ;)

I think I'm going to have Dortmund v. Wolfsburg on Premiere and follow the rest on the radio.

Good luck FCN!!!

Wow, odds have dropped significantly on nurnberg, they are seen as favorites now.

Guess a lot of money has been staked on their win .

erste liga , nurnberg ist dabei!

Well, in the 67th minute, the FCN fans were already waving the white tissues at the team to show their disappointment.

2-0 Schalke 71st minute.

Even I thought FCN would at least give a better effort.......

COME ON FCN!!

Stuttgart just went up 2-1 over Bielefeld!!

EDIT: And Bielefeld tied it up not a minute later..... :(

It's over. FCN is relegated. :(

And Bielefeld is celebrating with t-shirts as if they won something. They have beer out there now too!!

Shit. So many good players on such a successful season before this one and now they get relegated. That's football for you.

Sadly I think this FCN team will get ripped apart now with many of the good players transferring to other clubs. Misimovic, Mintal, Wolf etc.

Right on.

I don't know. Misimovic will definitely leave. But I think Mintal and Wolf are FCN boys. I think they will stay.

maybe not for your lot, but Nürnberg will have Fürth, 1860, Augsburg (if they stay up) and Ingolstadt (if they go up).

Could be. But I can imagine the financial situation will make FCN and their players consider twice before they reject a move to another club. A guy like Pinola seems to have several offers on the table.

It’s really difficult to get over those penalties rafati didn’t call in Berlin.
