What is now the exact capacity of the Maracanà ?
Is it true that about 20.000 seats can't be sold for the next 50 years ?

No one really knows what the capacity is exactly. Recently, it has been filled up to 85,000 seats but not every seat was taken. From what I have heard, the max capacity is around 96,500.

In Flamengo-Santos there were 81.844 ingressos and other near 10.000 nao pagante for a total attendance of about 92.000.
For Flamengo-Atletico PR there will be 82.044 ingressos and about 9/10.000nao pagante.
What are the cadeiras perpetuas and hasn't the Flamengo the season tickets?

Cadeiras perpétuas are seats that were sold to people after 1950 and are passed down within a family. So basically people own those seats, therefore no one can sit in them.

Flamengo doesn't have a season ticket system but they plan on releasing something like it next season.

I think the number was fewer than that. Some seats were reserved to Santos fans and they didn't fill up their section.

In the 70's and 80's, there were matches with maybe 150,000

I don't realize some things about cadeiras perpetuas. If there are about 20.000 persons who have got the cadeiras perpetuas in the Maracanà, does mean it that when play the Flamengo for example, there are also fans of other brazilian teams and viceversa or that there are always empty seats ?

There are only 2.500 seats that are, not 20.000. Sometimes other fans go, but sometimes the seats are left empty and no one can sit in them.

I believe so, but it would be highly unlikely because the families who own them tend to be rich. They rather just pass down the ownership to their kids.
