FOR THE ATTENTION OF ALL ARSEAM MEMBERS ATTENDING GAMES DURING THE REST OF THIS SEASON
Dear member,
Recently we have been receiving a lot of private messages regarding payment for tickets. Most of these queries have been answered countless times so we are making it clear here for you the procedure regarding payment for tickets.
Firstly yes, we have been running behind with payment PM’s. We are getting notice of our ticket allocation from the club at extremely short notice at present and this is making it very difficult for us to allocate tickets to members attending games. Therefore, we cannot say how much each member will pay for tickets. And therefore, this means that payment PM’s are coming out late. Some games this season have seen a payment PM sent out the night before the game. We are working to give you as much notice as possible and as much time to pay the tickets as possible, but factors outside our control often prevent this.
We have not, and will not, forget you. Provided you have posted on the ticket thread, you are guaranteed tickets. We have already paid for them so therefore we will always request payment as soon as possible, as we do not like to leave ArsenalAmerica out of pocket for any length of time. Therefore, please STOP sending PM’s including phrases like:
“I want to make sure I didn't miss the boat here.”
“Did I miss something here?”
“I’ve not yet received the payment PM, can you resend?”
“I just wanted to be sure that I haven't missed something”
“It’s within the 10 weeks and I still haven’t got a payment PM, where is it?"
We are working as quickly as humanly possible to get these tickets sorted. December and January are the two busiest months for tickets and therefore we need the payment PM requests to stop so we can prioritise PM’s that are urgent and need answering. We will endeavour to get up to date with the payment PM’s as soon as we can, but while this happens we need you to understand that these things do take time, and that sending PM’s repeatedly in the hope we will hurry up will not help this matter.
