Reporting for duty!!

Maybe this belongs in a separate thread, but what we were thinking since the Seattle metro area is so spread out and we're all over the place geographically... is to have ECS as an umbrella group and have North Sound/South Sound/Eastside and Westside subgroups.

This makes getting together for periodic meetings, tifo construction, etc a lot easier. We'd still plan on getting together as an entire group every so often, but the geographic subgroups would do so more often.

the subgroups need to find a soccer-friendly pub or bar near their location to meet. This will allow other members to come and visit easily. Plus they would be great rally points for the groups. Maybe some bars will organize vanpools or busses...

Say north side has G and D or St Andrews and Eastside has 3 lions and so on.

I dont know why I say this stuff...i am sure you already know what to do.

St. Andrews

I like the G&D, but they were not really "Sounder friendly" until MLS came to town.

Are there plans for fans that don't live in the Seattle area any more? Then again finding a pub or sports bar that will show Seattle MLS games here in Hawaii might be a bit tough.

They also 86 people for silly things.
So if you tend to get rowdy, even in jest... I wouldn't bother.

As a former bartender I have to say only drunks and asshats get 86'ed. If you can't follow the rules go home. I'm just saying.:p

I don't think I have ever been 86'd from a bar/pub, and I have done some amazingly stupid shit back in the day. :D
