Bad news for England, it looks as if Yossi Benayoun will miss the Israel clash with Russia:

England only have themselves to blame if they don't qualify, they shouldn't be relying on other teams to do them a favour

Agreed, btw, what part of Dagenham are you from, Heathway or East? I used to live just off Hunters Hall road, opposite the school in Rockwell road

Birminghammer and I used to live down the road from the Dagenham Ford Works, just off the A13.
Hard to believe that was 22 years ago.

Israel 2 Russia 1, so all we (England) need now is a draw when we play Croatia on Wednesday to qualify.

Birminghammer and I used to live down the road from the Dagenham Ford Works, just off the A13.
Hard to believe that was 22 years ago.
I lived under the Shadow of the EVER READY FACTORY.That may explain a few things.
