1) The Blunts suing the Hammers for millions because they got relegated?

2) Kia suing the Hammers for millions for lost money over Tevez's transfer to Manure?

3) Neil Warnock?


Ok ok, no really cares about what happened to Neil Warnock but I thought I would just throw that one in.

Warnock is now managing Palace and still trying to convince us all that he would have left Sheff Utd anyway, even if the whole Tevez thing didn't happen. Despite Sean Bean bursting into his office after the last match against Wigan shouting and swearing at Warnock's wife and kid.

As for the suing, it's no surprise that's all died down with no theats carried through. As long as Kia gets his money he's not bothered. McCabe just wants his money too but he must have finally realised that he is not entitled to it.

McCabe is still going for as much money as he can possibly get, he's taking his claim for compensation (for SU being 'unfairly' relegated) nothing to do with the fact that his club didn't have sufficient points to remain in the PL, to a tribunal hearing, due sometime mid 2008
