When I coached the team had no off season. Summer tournaments winter indoor tournaments.
Since I am not a lover of indoor tournaments my assitant did them. Me I went into the warmer weather areas with the wife and sometimes the kids. Sometimes because my youngest is in his mid 20's now.

Yeah, what offseason?
Fall and spring are HS season. Between them, I run instructional leagues for 5-8 year olds indoors. Pre-schooler classes all during the school year in the daytime. Summer is camps and clinics. Private instruction is year-round. If I ever take a week off, it's probably to go to a coaching course.
Of course, not everyone coaches professionally. :)

I catch up on the work I pushed out while leaving early to coach. In the winter, I coach 2 indoor teams (no practices, just games on Saturday) and help coach basketball. In the summer, I play pickup.

Same as Benji, I coach for a living and am never away from a soccer lesson for more than 24 hours.

We play indoors. Offseason for us is a couple months, assuming we play the "winter" (Feb-April) indoor session. Even then, we're going to start a fun pick-up soccer series for the girls in town from May-August..so, there goes the off season! :)

Sit on the couch in the man-cave and watch an ass-load of soccer on the Tivo.

Plan my starting lineup for next season. Then look at it, change it, look at it again, change it again, and so on.

Depends on where you are, what you are looking for and who you ask. I have seen going rates in my area anywhere from $30 to $70 per hour for an individual.
