when Man U comes to Upton park and if Tevez plays, will he be booed or cheered.
If he scores I don't think he will celebrate but what are your opinions

Cheered, absolutely no doubt about it.

Cheered. He's aggressive, skillful, irrepressible, astonishingly ugly. In other words he's one of us. I just hope he doesnt score; it would be like a member of the family pissing on the carpet at a wedding.

Just been chatting to Chris about how we view ex-Hammers. Joey Cole versus Fat Frank for example.
Carlos will be rightly applauded. We all understand he is simply having his rough edges smoothed off at Old Trafford. When he is the complete package, and hits his peak, he will be ready to return to his beloved claret and blue.
Frankly I am in admiration for his willingness to make sacrifices, like playing for Manure whilst he matures, just so he can ensure he is as good a player for his return to West Ham.
Good on him.:D

Think he will be treated like a returning hero. The guy was great for us and really one of the only good things to come out of last season.

Tevez wont be booed and I doubt he'll be performing cartwheels if he scores, he loves our club and the fans. I think he identified with our working class roots and the identity of the club. He is one of the few West Ham players who could hold his head up and say he gave 100% each and every game he played in last season.

The man was all class, on and off the pitch, and he still is, if any of our idiotic boo boys treat him with disrespect, the morons should be escorted out of Upton Park.

I will not be surprised if he runs towards the fans and gives them a clap or gives a thumbs up to the W.H fans

I for 1 will be appauding him, the guy was only a puppet on a string, and had to go to where ever he was sent.

That's right. She had a fad of not wearing shoes. She said (and she did say it) that it meant she could hum while she sang.

You are in cuckoo land:D
Tevez and the mighty reds come to Upton Park on December 29th so that is not long (with KJ in tow no doubt). With Carlos in scoring form he may find the net...;)

Perhaps he's not! 'Tis the season for sad shades to drift o'er dale and hill. Is that the wind over yonder moor or the sound of dead mancs writhing round yon door?

Don't worry Stomper, I seem to remember making the same mistake myself with BusbyBabes a while ago.
BB the 'Babes' in your name just isn't feminine enough!! ;)
In an attempt to drag us all back to topic a bit, and then drag us back off it slightly, I would like to share this article. The PL have decided to revise it's rules on third party ownership:
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/main.jhtml?view=DETAILS&grid=&xml=/sport/2007/11/15/sobond115.xml
In short they have decided to keep rule U18 the same but add to it saying that any third party ownership of players is deemed to be materially influencing the clubs policies.
They could have scrapped rule U18 and replaced it with a rule which says 'third party ownership of players is prohibited'. But that isn't complicated or ambiguous enough.
Anyway a few paragraphs caught my eye. Firstly:
Although several players in the Premier League are thought to be owned by third parties, Tevez and Mascherano are the only two to be confirmed.
Glad someone has actually come out and said this, proving my suspicion that the level of fuss made over the Tevez/Masher affair was down to the fact that it involved lowly West Ham and not one of the PL's favourite clubs.
Although Mascherano's move to Liverpool was signed off by the League in February, he is still owned by two offshore companies, Global Soccer Agencies and Mystere, who loan him to Liverpool. It is believed Liverpool have an option to buy Mascherano outright in the future.
The press have a knack of changing the facts slightly in time as people's memory starts to fade. As I remember it Liverpool were told they could not loan Masher due to the way he is owned so they made it a permanent move with a view to reversing the transfer after 18 months. The quote above is the opposite of this so I wonder who is right.
Either way I expect it all to kick off next summer. No doubt Rick Parry will be all cloak and dagger about it but renewal or termination of Masher's contract with Liverpool should really cause problems. To agree to sell him back for the same sum is such a precarious deal IMV. What if KJ disagrees and highlights a clause in his contract which backs his case?
One thing's for sure, if it is revealed that there is something dodgy about Tevez's or Masher's current contracts, we won't see ManU or Liverpool dragged through the mud the way we were.
