Can't find a link, but in the Cary Business Journal (a special pull-out of the Triangle Business Journal), dated October 12, there is an article on the Railhawks and their success in attendance this year and it gives some details on the lease arrangements at SAS Stadium with the Town of Cary.
Town of Cary receives:
$70,000 Annual lease payment
$1 per ticket for tickets over $5 in value.
5% of season ticket revenue
30% of permanent signage sponsors
15% commission on all food and beverages
Railhawks receive 20% commission on food and beverages.
SAS currently paying $150,000 per year for naming rights.
WakeMed taking over naming rights Jan. 1 for $300,000 per year.
