Rangers News:
The official site says Timoska (knee) and Nardiello (hamstring) are "pushing for recalls" and that we have no fresh injury concerns. Zesh Rehman remains with Pakistan. Harford remains in charge as rumors persist that we've finally selected a new manager.
The Opponent:
According to the BBC, "Charlton winger Lloyd Sam has completed a three-match ban and is expected to play because Darren Ambrose is still nursing an ankle injury. Svetoslav Todorov (knee), Chris Powell (ankle), Ben Thatcher (knee), Cory Gibbs (foot) and Matt Holland (calf) are all sidelined."
Charlton lost for the first time at home in the Championship on Tuesday against Plymouth, 1-2. Their home game before that was a 1-1 draw with Barnsley. In between they lost 0-2 at Wolves, so they haven't been in good form for their last three games. Their last win was at Hull on October 2nd. At home they have 3 wins, 2 draws, and 1 loss, while overall they are 5-4-3.
The Series:
Charlton leads a close series 22-20-18. It's even closer in league play, 16-17-15. The clubs haven't met since 1999/2000 when Charlton won at home and the teams drew at Loftus Road in league play and Charlton knocked QPR out of the FA Cup at the Valley. The teams first met in 1920/21.
