No, I expect most of the new schoolers to sit there and mouth breath while their heads slowly melt.

Ginseng and lot's of exercise, my friend...

I'm surprised noone's posting any pictures of the ManYoo fan facepainters from Seattle last night. I love the 14 year old's with "Man U" written down their arms in magic marker.

I was expecting Father Ted and BillyIreland to appear on this thread. But they haven't. I've posted in virtualy every English club thread (even once in the QPR forum).

Typical scouser always stuck in the past. The current Liverpool side are a disgrace.

Arf ... and your reference to 13 years is not a verdict on what has been?

Unless that is an absolute imperical statement, in which case you can see into the future.

Which you can't.

Typical Manc ... thick as a box of spanners.

The dippers last won the league in the 1989/1990 season. Last season was the 2002/2003 season. That would mean Liverpool have a current run of 13 years without winning the league. Do they not teach you mathematics on Mirkydive?

There is nothing wrong with admitting that all scousers have a fear that the current United side are going to surpass the achievements of Bob Paisley's Liverpool sides if they haven't already. Why else would you try to pass off the UEFA, FA, and Worthless Cup as a treble? The '77 Cup final must still grate all of you.

 Man, here's more evidence that most of that rain doesn't just cause rickets, it gets into the cranial cavity too.

Sucks to be a Manc.

OK ... at Manc speed:

Irony - what a Manc unwittingly indulges in when accusing a Liverpool fan of living in the past, based on facts and events exclusively rooted in the past. Like, Sparky Brainrush, the 1977 Cup Final, for instance.

Irony - what a Manc unwittingly indulges in when accusing a Liverpool fan of lacking mathematical acuity, whilst simultaneously calling into question the notion that THREE Cup final wins amount to a TREBLE of trophies.

Intelligence - something actively bred out of the population of Manchester since time immemorial.

Tell you what - presumably your chosen username (United player 30 years ago, but let's not go there again) is meant to evoke the glories of all things Man United. Given your pitiful attempts to lay it on for me here, should you not add the suffix "...'s back heel"? It would seem appropriate.

But hey - at least you know who is the benchmark in English football. That puts you in the top 5% of the Manc moutbreathers. You clearly do not get just the one birthday card from your father and your uncle.

Yes, your record of league championships is the standard, and on current form it is much more likely to be overtaken than to be added to.

Well it's only cos it put us one ahead in the treble stakes, 1984 and all that you know.

LFC 2 trebles - Man U 1 treble
