There's a hurricane that went through North Germany where Cottbus is.

Yea "Emma." Cottbus' stadium is kinda ************ too, especially for the away fans, who have no roof to protect themselves with if there is flying debris in the air.

The match against Cottbus has been re-scheduled for the 11 of March, that's next Tuesday.
First we'll have a very tough home game against Bremen. This match in my opinion, could decide how the rest of the season goes. If we beat Bremen at home, which would be very tough to do but is not impossible, we'd be back on our feet and with a game in hand, and could begin a big sprint upwards in the table.
A draw would not help us too much, but since it would be against such a big side, I think it would still give us enough confidence to look forward to the matches that will follow it.
But if we lose, we'd be very far off the European spots and wouldn't be confident ahead of the Cottbus game, it would be very tough to see us making steps forward this season, if we lost to Bremen on the weekend. But we'll just have to see.

We just played Bremen. They had help from the referees and "only" played a very good second half, but deserved to beat us.
However, I think if you guys play hard for the full 90 minutes, you have a good chance.
And remember, they will still be without Diego.

I think you guys will take Cottbus whether you lose to Bremen or not. After all, we got beaten at home by Schalke and still managed to pitch a 2-0 shutout in Cottbus the next week.
If we can do it, you can too......

HT. We lead 2-1 :).
Well what can I say, it's been a very exciting first half, we started horribly again and Bremen took an early lead, it looked like it could be another baaaad day, but then we scored a nice equalizer out of nothing and were then able to stabilize ourselves. We then took the lead just before the halftime and could even have made it 3-1 but Gomez missed an excellent chance to get a hattrick. I'm not complaining though, SuperMario is saving our ass again :D
If we can hold on, it would be a huge result. A win against Bremen is obviously always a big thing, but right now it would be sooo important. How often have we turned around a game to get three points this season? Last year one always had the feeling we could come back if we were down. That's been missing this season, but if we hold on now, it would not only be a great result but would also give sooooo much confidence into the side that they showed to themselves they were able to come back, and against Bremen of all sides!
But the game's not finished yet, still 45 to play, Werder had a match 2 days ago so I think we could be a little fresher than them for the last 20-30 minutes, that should give us an advantage, but we need to stay calm and collected in the defense and hopefully score on the counter!
I would be satisfied with a draw to Bremen, but a win would be huge! Come on boys

Well...
...Bremen equalized...
....but then we scored two goals :D
After having completely lost control of the game and with me thinking Bremen would still end up winning this, we again scored two goals out of nothing. Great choice by Veh to bring in Cacau, he assists the 3-2, then scores the 4-2. Crazy game.
Now lets just hold on another 15 minutes and it'll be a great result. :D

What a helluva match!! Tor Bonanza!! A nightmare for a defender, one of those matches were we say, okay to beat you we'll simply outscore you. I can wear the Trikot with pride today.

lol this is crazy. The crowd at AA are letting us know each time you guys score.
Congrats on the win, and I'd like to thank Super Mario. I had 50 euros on Gomez scoring in this match, and I get 150 back from the bookie :D

Stuttgart vs. Bremen has been good for lots of goals in recent years, but this one tops it all.
This season:
6-3
1-4
Last season:
4-1
3-2

Such a ridiculous score! Congrats to Stuttgart anyway! Seems like Gomez is on fire.
I didn't see the match though but I was following the Bundesliga LiveTicker. When I saw 2-2 I had this feeling that there was a crazy game going on.
After checking the scores, within 30 seconds my friend said it was 4-2.
Then I didn't even hesitated to think that more goals would come and it would be 6-3 in the end - which I was correct!
I have an awful feeling that by next weekend, Werder will have nothing to compete for.

isn't the best one the 4-4 match way back when VfB had Bordon, Hleb, Szabics and Kuranyi, whilst Bremen had Krstajic, Micoud, Lisztes and Ailton?
but yeah whenever these two play there's entertainment for sure

That 4-4 really was an awesome game. (One of) the best Bundesliga games of my lifetime. Today, all those goals were rather results of stupid mistakes (Stuttgart not standing close enough to the Bremen players and Bremen running into counter attacks). It was still entertaining of course, but the 4-4 (where Stuttgart was robbed BTW :p) stands as a classic.

Bayern's title seems to be sealed. I haven't seen the Glasgow match, but it really is an unfortunate result. It's going to be tough to win by three goals. With a defense like the one today, it's going to be almost impossible.

Congrats on this impressive win (although it's a shame that you decided the BL title race)!
