Hi guys,

I have just recently read an article that said Hitzield is considering to manage the Suisse starting next year, as Mr. Kuhn will no longer serve his country.

On the interview by a local Switzerland newspaper, Hitzfield said he may or may not be in FCB next season.

The article also said that Hitzfield has a very strong bondage with Switzerland.

The article is in Melayu language: http://www.bolanews.com/edisi-cetak/jerman.htm

FYI, this article is a pretty credible source of information..

Do you think Hitzfield will leave us? IF so, who will be his replacemnt?
Would it be Jose Mourinho, Lippi, or Capello?

I think that any speculation on who our next coach will be if Hitzfeld leaves would be a blind guess. The management hasn't made any statement about potential new coaches, and I haven't read anything except the typical "famous coach without job -> famous club without coach" stuff.

Hitzfeld has said that the only two options for him are the Swiss NT and Bayern. Right now I think he is happy at Bayern, but that doesn't mean he will stay. It is obviously not a question of money either, bot the Swiss NT and Bayern will pay him enough. I don't really know what Ottmar's motivation for coaching is right now. If he wants silverware then obviously Bayern would be the better choice. But I think that all he wants is to coach a good team where he can do what he wants.

Currently I'd say 20% chance that he goes :D

If we get "the special one" as the new manager, I will be entirely disgusted and don't know what I will do, I don't want to betray my Bayern, but I have no respect for Mourinho and would rather him be a coach of Schalke than Bayern.

Mourinho!? pfff! please!

I say lets get Trappatoni back if Ottmar wants to leave. Ich habe fertig! :D

Considering the staff wants Bayern to play open, flowing, attacking football, I doubt Mourinho will even be in teh discussion when we need a new coach.

I would think that Klinsmann would coach Bayern before Jose does.

Agreed... although is Jürgen serious about this? I have not heard anything confirming this. He certainly would be great for the Schweini-Poldi-Lahm trio that played so well under him for the DFB nats.

Didn't we talk about this earlier in the year? Klinsi would never coach Bayern. He has issues with the front office. Or the front office has issues with him. One of the two.

Exactly! Klismann would be great and my first choice to be honest. He's gives chances to young guys equally and shows incredible passion! I love his goal celebrations, absolutely my favorite! :p While they did have problems, Kahn is leaving in Asia next season to do something (w/e it is), and they could hire him even though they have had problems in the past. You never know Wake..

Pretty much why I said he would be Bayern coach before Mourinho. Klinsmann's style of football would be brought in way before Mourinho's style would be, even though they hate each other.

i see 0% chance of him coming here

nice to read his quote though, and i agree with him :p

i would love to see him come to the bundesliga, but unfortunately bayern is probably the only viable option financially...and the kloni combo is too awesome to disrupt with another striker no matter how good he is

Even though I dont like Jose's attitude he is a good coach. Im not sure if he would fit. Klinsman is not going to coach us.

even though I'm not a Drogba fan, I think that would be interesting.

*nod nod*

That's probably the Schalke effect as well, especially when he mentioned the attacking part, :D
Schalke was doing good, they just unlucky for both of the goals.

But if Drogba want to come to Bayern, I said let's wait for Villa :p

Hm, no offence at all, but if you guys do get Mourinho/Drogba, I don't think putting him on right wing is the greatest idea. :)

With Mourinho having won the Spanish title as assistant to Bobby Robson at Barcelona in the 1990s, it is understood that he would like to enhance his reputation further by winning a championship in a fourth country, with Italy his preferred destination. He is also taking German lessons and would be interested in the Bayern Munich job, if it became available.
