Seems like a good squad, not sure about Osman in the centre though. I'm confident we should win this!

Thanks for the tip, PatFan1. I didn't know it was going to be on FSC. I have it set to record and I will banish myself from the internet tomorrow afternoon.

I think EvertonTV will be showing the game as well, so I'll be watching from work.
Remember we also have a game Sunday and a CC game Wednesday, so Moyes may give Carlsey, Osman a run out. Perhaps Hibbert and Neville will start as well since they won't be available at Derby. I'd like to see VdM on the bench, but I may be the only one.

Errrr, it's been posted in the Televised games section on this site for about a week now...just saying...
Also, Canadian Blues the game will be on Fox Sports World Canada from 5:00pm Eastern time.

I agree in terms that I don't understand why Moyes didn't get rid in the summer, unless it was in regards to his daughter. But if we're paying him, why don't we give him a shot? We have no wingers, and Osman's played like shite lately (although was decent in the derby). If he's on our wage bill, I don't see a problem with it.

If we play him, we are telling him his behavior will eventually be forgiven and he will never learn (he's proven me right time and time again on this).
He's burned his bridges. As sorry as I feel for him about his daughter, there are proper channels in which to secure time off to be with her and he chose to ignore them.

kind of crazy but here's what I'd like to see:
Howard
Jags-Yobo-Lescott-Valente
VdM-Carsley(c)-Arteta-Baines
Yak-Faddy
Subs: Wessels, Stubbs, Hibbert, Cahill, Neville, Osman, Anichebe
(I think we get 7 subs in Euro matches...)
Bringing in Cahill, Osman, and Anichebe in the second half, BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE.
According to BBC, Gravesen and Vaughan are still out. VdM is actually right-footed, and played on the right for Inter and Ajax and Holland. We only played him on the left because we had no one else.

Nope, you're not.
I'd like to see him get a run out here as well as in some of the cup competitions. If he can get fit and stay injury free, he could help us.
But I do believe that you and I are in the very small minority on that one.
