Being a Liverpool fan I would be remiss if I didn't mention this: http://youtube.com/watch?v=N1JDOB6EdLo
But another one of my favorites has always been this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XWn_xmuNYQc
You just gotta love John Champion finding a way to seamlessly throw the word "riposte" into his commentary.:)
On the other hand, if sheer unadulterated passion is what you're looking for, I think it's hard to beat this: http://youtube.com/watch?v=kFvXVlfu4vs
Anyway, what are your favorite commentary moments?

Well, also being a LFC fan and Martin Tyler being my favorite announcer,
the first clip started brightly enough. Then Andy Gray ruined the effect by,
well, being Andy Gray.
The Bergkamp call is just awesome.

Martin Tyler's commentary of Duncan Ferguson's winner against Man United and Kanu's hattrick winner against Chelsea at the Bridge.

The commentary on that Kanu goal is one of my favorites as well. What I find absolutely hilarious about it is that Kanu scoring a hat trick in the last 15 minutes to beat Chelsea 3-2 at Stamford Bridge is just about the only situation in which you could use the phrase "Kanu believe it!?" without it being inexcusably corny and cliche.
By the way, how do you embed youtube clips? I couldn't figure it out for some reason.

This guy was obsessed w/ Simao Sabrosa. That was hilarious though, all those
different effects he had on "Sabrosa".
He did try similar w/ Florent Malouda, not quite the same.
Simao...such a crafty, cunning and insidious player.
Thanks for posting it.

This is a hilarious incident to begin with, but for some reason the commentator is what really made me crack up when I first saw this. :D

The famous "They think its all over..." line, was that on the BBC ? Didn't the commentator on ITV have a decent line of commentary as well, but it's just been forgotten about because "They think it's all over" just became so famous ?

Pele's dummy against Uruguay. The commentator (Kenneth Wollstenholme I think) can hardly believe what he's seeing and seems speechless as he stutters over the call.
