Hello from Shepherds Bush! I stopped in for a bite at an internet cafe before heading to the White Horse for a few pre-match pints.

Rangers News:

Mancienne may return after coming through 45 minutes of reserve-team action this week. Barker also may be available after a hernia operation. Nardiello and Blackstock are both listed as doubts, so we're likely to have Vine and Sahar up front again, as against Norwich.

The Opponent:

Ipswich captain Jason DeVos will have a late fitness test with a knee problem. Defender Richard Naylor may make a return from injury. Away from home, Ipswich is 0-2-3, so let's hope we can give them a fourth away loss on the season today.

The Series:

Ipswich leads a very tight series, 24-16-21, after winning both games last season (3-1 at Loftus Road, 2-1 at Portman Road). In 05/06, the R's won at home on goals by Gallen and Rowlands and picked up a point away.

UUUURRRS!

Well, it sounds like it's STILL a very tight series!
Thank goodness for the point, at least.

Hope you had a blast, man. Safe travels.

I had a great time, as usual. I'm glad the R's had some fight-back in them. We certainly deserved the point and, after we scored, it always felt like a second goal was coming. Too bad we couldn't get it done, but I'll take the point.
