Lehmann is no more number one in Arsenal. It has been reported in the press. What do you think?
Should be Lehmann Number one in the national team if he is no more Number one in his team?
Should Lehmann come back to Bundesliga?
Our should get younger GK chance? What do you think?
here is an Article from Spiegel (in German)

He's not even number two right now. I see no reason to play him when he's not even in the Arsenal squad, especially when the Bundesliga offers such a wealth of young goalkeeping talent. A goalkeeper for a footballing nation of Germany's caliber needs to be getting regular playing time, under pressure, in matches (not just at practice) to keep in form for international duty, this is not even debatable.

yeah, right now he is something like number three at Arsenal:)...not good option...
good news: Germany has luxury of excellent GK....we have many young talents....so it should be no problem..
I like Lehmann...he is great GK...but I think it would be better if he played...maybe he should come back to Bundesliga...I don´t know.....but he need to be number one again....

Lehmann will be Arsenal's #1 again and will remain Germany's #1 until Euro 2008. I don't see Loew changing that.

i think lehmann is on his way out not only at arsenal but in germany. he has been a liability for a few seasons now. he has a knack of bouts of stupidity. take the CL final for example. i can mention numerous games where he cost arsenal points. he should go back to germany and enjoy his last season or two in soccer.

Almunia is pants. Lehmann will get his place back soon and I don't think there will be a problem with the national team. Jogi already said this is not a problem at the moment, they have no reason to have doubts in him and that they will talk in the next few days. They will see how things turn out and if he doesn't get his place back he will change the club. But I prefer him in the national team over any of our goalkeepers at the moment, with our without match practice.
And I don't see why Wenger's motivation games with his goalkeepers should influence our opinion on that issue. Wenger doesn't give a ******** about international football. He hates it and only cares for his club. Naturally. Right now he seems to think that Lehmann is still not motivated enough. I think that is the punishment for Lehmann speaking up to boldly about him expecting to return into the Arsenal goal. But if you look at Lehmann and then at Almunia there is no question who is better. I guess it will turn out like last time. Almunia has been shaky so far but the real tests come in the big games. I can see him messing up like always while Lehmann will train his behind off and take his chance with when he gets it. He is not someone to give up that easily.

What he said!
Yes, yes, we've got many goal keeping talents in the league, but that's not the area of concern in NT at this point.

I agree with FR. Lehmann's the best for Germany. He's as good for germany as hildebrand is bad.
commands the area and takes nothing from strikers and has an excellent connection with the defenders.
that's the extra bit that new candidates can't bring in the short term.

So Germany's #1 is #3 at his club,
Germany's #2 keeper is #2 at his club,
yet Germany's #3 keeper is #1 at his club!!!

Germany's #2 keeper is #2 at his club,
I thought Canizares was fit again?
Anyway, Germany's #1 can't be #2 at his club, no matter if his name is Lehmann or not. I'm sure that's what Löw is going to tell him in December. Either leave Arsenal or say bye-bye to the nt.

I believe he'll be starting for Arsenal again by that time.

I think Enke should be given a chance or two in the remaining Euro qualifiers.

Loew should give Lehmann playing time
(because he doesn´t get it at his club)
or decide for another keeper
(but that´s nonsense
after the showed performances).
Weird decision by Wenger to put the Spanish Piplica,
äh Almunia, into goal, and didn´t even notice the world-class performance
by Lehmann in Ireland.
This is beyond my understandig, only (logical, but a bit like a conspiracy)
theory he wants to weaken an opponent of France at the EC
If this doesn´t change for Jens, he shall look for another team,
it is said, that some abitious EPL teams have interest and today
at DSF (German sports television) there hsome journalists
also tried to connect him to Stuttgart.
