Can anyone reccomend me some good cleats and shin-guards??

Cleats: adidas
Shinguards: The smallest and cheapest kind you can find, because really shingaurds are unimportant and just get in the way. The kind I have are about 7 inches tall and don't even cover most of my shin. They are so worthless, and the only reason I wear them is because the rules say so.

Cleats: Buy NIKE or ADIDAS........I've owned many pairs of both. Nike seems to last longer. Make sure it's a good quality leather, don't buy any of those, lighter, non-leather cleats
As for Shinguards: Buy the smallest, lightest, cheapest you can find. About $10 and under will get you a good pair
