It's the big one! Thought i'd start the thread early to get thoughts about the game during the International Break. Try and keep the forum traffic going steadily!
Will Timmy be back?
Will we be able to deal with Torres when our defence is looking the shakiest it's been since the days of our relegation battles?
Will I finally get to see Stevie G get two footed as revenge for his supposedly innocuous challenge on Naysmith?
Only time will tell my pets...!

Game's scary right now. Liverpool hasn't lost yet. We're not exactly playing well. No AJ, but hopefully Cahill will be ready to play a good amount...

With no AJ, i'm not feeling all that confident and Yakubu isn't someone I'd like to pin our attacking hopes on in light of his recent performances. VA has looked more impressive than him! I'm still out on Faddy too!

Gravesen and Timmy might be back for this game. I'm more hopefuly on Gravesen.

i'm not gonna be able to pull out the 3-0 this year if we don't at least draw...
note to the blues: you need to atleast tie this one up... but a win is muuuuuuuch better. thank you!

The way Liverpool is playing should give us just a little, actual tiny bit more confidence. But it all evens out when we look at our recent performance.
I expect a tie, but if Moyes fixes the back up and the midfield actually stops lodging balls into outer space, we could win.

I think we need Graveson more for this game than Cahill. Also Stubbs should definitely get a start, either knocking out Yobo or Baines.

I love the Liverpool fans confidence :p Yet i've proposed a bet with several Liverpool fans that if they beat us i'll wear a Liverpool shirt and vice versa. So far 0 in 11 are man enough. Confidence? Pah!

Said that last time. A lot of people said England wouldn't get to the final of the RWC, but we are. Anything can happen.

Is he showing the number of penalties he's got this year with his right hand, and the number of penalties he's actually attempted with his left? ;) :p

BTW, this one's on TV in the States. Live on Setanta. Check the tv thread for times.
Torres is injured, but hoping to be back for the derby. I'm hopeful that something will happen to him during training this week so he can't return...just saying.
Sara, you're gonna miss a good time at the Globe! Have fun in WI. And ya know, there's a footy bar in Milwaukee called The Highbury that will no doubt be open if you want to see the match.

Maybe I will have to pick up my rental car a day early, leave at ridiculous o'clock in the morning and get there for the 9am kickoff. I'd probably beat traffic that way too.
EDIT: I totally forgot this one's an early early game. I just may make it to The Globe!
EDIT EDIT: I just check drive time and realized that I should have plenty of time to watch the game first! Woohoo!
