Harps managed to give himself a sour stomach before the Derby match by not cooking his sausage enough. I find it had to believe that the players don't eat their pregame meal together.

Anyway, this is my favorite quote from the article: I thought I was going to die and I thought I was going to get subbed at half-time.

Does this mean that Harps thinks Reading are better with him on the pitch than anyone one the bench even if he's dead? :)

I used to have porridge before a game, but now I have bacon, eggs – everything – a mega-breakfast. People say it’s not really the ideal pre-match meal but I feel great on it.

I started doing it from the start of the season and I actually feel a lot better.

Poor Harps, eating to fill the hole left in his heart and the Reading midfield after Sidwell's departure.

Harper lives just round the corner from me actually. Appanretly during the pre-season he was spotted kicking a ball against a wall in the local recreation gorund. A very committed player
