MANY good eastern european clubs have amazing support like that. only probably is there are hardcore hools that come along with this support and many are insane and do ridiculous shite

It doesn't help that Red Star and their rivals Partizan have ultras who were pretty much encouraged as paramilitary groups during the whole Yugoslavia fiasco. The political situation in Eastern Europe is very prone to producing such behavior.
