Bah! Pure nonsense!
Since I became the uncle of twins last year I've started to take more notice of babies. Now my niece and nephew (who naturally take after their mother's side of the family and their uncle in particular) are very good looking. But some other babies I've seen around - oh, boy. That old line about all babies being beautiful is bogus. Some babies are downright ugly. Maybe they'll grow out of the uglies as they get older but for now ... ugly.

While Ian and I have had our differences over the last few columns, I could not agree more with this one. Brilliant. Three points is three points is three points!
My favorite soccer games are where my team wins in the first five minutes and spends the next 85 polishing their boots! :)
