MLS Cup 1996 Program & soccer card

I'm looking to find a perfect condition 1996 MLS Cup program. Game was played in a N'oreaster at Foxboro Stadium, MA that first year.

Also looking to find a 1997 UD MLS signature card S5 Jorge Campos.
