lol wtf I just saw some of the worst acting I ever seen! The celtic suporter did hit Dida, but the funny thing is that dida starting running after him and then fell down dead like being shot by a sniper. It was a classless thing to do because he probably like to have the result overturned for his favor.

It reminded me of the fake Rivaldo did at the 2002 world cup.

worst part is, he was tapped on the chest but went off with an ice pack on the side of his head, how does he explain that one?

atleast we're not actors like the brazilians. And remember, americans stereotype a lot here saying italians dive.

Am I the only one that saw the slap connecting to Dida´s NECK, instead of chest?

Maybe he could not breath!

First let me say that Dida looked like a complete idiot...and btw I am a milan fan but I think some people are missing the big picture...what if this crazy came at him with a knife.....look how easy he got on the field and british news is reporting that the news is asking for help in identifying the ass since he escaped capture after the incident....the point is...UEFA will be forced to hammer celtic hard because of the fact of a pitch invasion. Would I support a suspension or sanction against Dida...yes absolutely but bare in mind what UEFA has done in the past....sure you can ban celtic from home games for a while and that hurts financially but if UEFA takes away points it hurts more in the long run if they fail to qualify....i believe they won't award milan the points but I wouldn't be surprise to see a home ban and the loss of 3 points

Am I the only one who thinks that not only did the fan not hit, slap or tap Dida, but actually CARESSED him as he went by? It looked like he thought momentarily about hugging Dida, and that was the arm action. I've got an idea for Dida: cut your neck a little in the dressing room and say the guy had a razor...

Let's all take a moment to pray for Dida in his hour of need. How he must be suffering, in how much pain he must be right now.

i say well done to dida. he humiliated himself for the sake of his team. there have been cases in the past where results were overturned due to supporter overreaction. for example inter once lost a game in the champions cup versus a german side by something like 7 goals in the 1970's, but near the end of the match an inter player went down, claiming to have been hit by an object from the crowd and the whole match had to be replayed. inter won the tie in the end. dida did what a profesional in italy is supposed to, and that is to win by any means necesary, if your handed a possibility by an opponent, dont turn it away. yes, a little alien to us in britain, but perfectly logical nonetheless.

Couldn't understand that or the whole stretcher thing as well. I thought you get taken off on a stretcher when you can't walk or your seriously injured. 5 seconds before he went down he went running after the guy and then 2minutes later he's getting taken off on a stretcher.

the worst acting i've ever seen. the whloe milan staff should be ashamed thinking that if they brought out the stretcher and ice pack that it would look like he really got hurt when we all saw that the fan never really touched him.

Pathetic!

If you're being serious in this post then you Sir are officially the most cynical football fan on the planet.

Im really really getting sick of divers, they look like wusses and should get a 5 game suspensions automatically. It looks like dida got tapped in the face or neck area, if he was going to act like this I wish the fan punched him right in the face he deserves it. This is the exact reason why some people don't like soccer.

It was on sportcenter last night in prime time, I was all excited b/c I thought they were going to show Champions League highlights, but no all we saw was this atrocious act by Dida.

Would anyone react to Dida's play acting if this were another Monica Seles incident?

The facts remain that a supporter jumped on the pitch and got close enough to a player that if he were carrying a weapon could've injured Dida.

There is no way to justify what this guy did and Celtic should receive a ban for their lack of security.
