Corner kicks

I know the game was bad and heads are down but our corner kicks are so woeful at the moment it's beyond a joke.

10 kicks in and we have CM4 taking them and getting a cheer because he clears the first man (only to have the second man head it clear)!! WTF?

Even when Lamps is in there we have these paffy floaty balls coming in with no pace or venom and all are easily cleared.

Is it really so hard to whip a hard ball into the area? Who would you have take them?

We seem to be especially vulnerable to the corner and the free kick 30-35 yards out where a tall striker gets their head on it. Clearly in training we have no-one who can replicate these quality balls in and so we often fall victim to said set piece during a match. For a squad bill in the millions per week, we really have no one who can hit a dead ball? Maybe Becks isn't laughable after all.......

Maybe Ashley Cole should get a chance. We've seen him whip some good crosses in from time to time. When Bridge is playing, so much the better.

I took better corners for my high school team. The service these past few games has been completely ridiculous and inexcusable. Perhaps they should hire me to take the set pieces. For a cool 20 mil, of course. :p
