Chelsea have always worn blue.

Originally they wore light blue to reflect the horse racing colours of Earl Cadogan. We had white shorts at that point.

Royal Blue shirts came in 1912. We still had white shorts.

The Doc (same guy who had the local fire brigade waterlog the pitch ahead of a game when we had injury issues) bought in blue shorts to make a unique strip in the 60's.

I love the graphite and tangerine away w/ Coors. Thought it was hilarious at the time but I've grown fond of it somehow.

I'm just trying to figure out why they changed the away/3rd kit this year. The white away strip and the black 3rd were great. Obviously money's going to be a big factor, but the neon yellow is awful, both on looks and for the way it matches the stewards.

The neon should have been the 3rd kit, Since there are a lot of clubs with white or blue, but we wouldn't really see the 3rd kit often, its freaking hideous

I like red away kits... I think we look slick in red. Away only of course! Or yellow.

Never been a fan of white away kits.




My biggest wish regarding Chelsea kits is that I want us to go back to wearing yellow socks when we can't wear white socks.
