Ask me in May. ;)
I think it be an offensive player, but it depends a lot on form.

Of Course, Miroslav Klose, for me there is no doubt if he is healthy!
And than Germany will be European Champion..... :)

Miroslav Klose would be the obvious choice.
Philipp Lahm and Robin van Persie are also possibilities. Count Franck Ribery in as well if France qualify.

that's the problem with the thread being this early.
will france make it? will italy be there? will england qualify?
kind of hard to pick who you believe will be the best player when the final line up of teams is yet to be decided.
to a lesser extent squad lists (barring injury) then need to be in place.
for what it's worth i think someone from a 'lesser' nation may propel his team beyond their realistic expectations such as ibrahimovic with sweden for instance.

I think could be Franck Ribéry (if France classify), Francesco Totti (if Italy classify), Miroslav Klose, Robin van Persie (if Holland classify) or Cristiano Ronaldo (if Portugal classify).

Totti is retired
I think it could well be Quaresma which will lead to a big money move for him

Totti is retired
It's a pity :(.

Totti's retirement was probably one of the worst things that could have happened to Italy. Without him, their attack is just a midfield and strikers, with nothing to connect them.

It's quite clearly going to be David Beckham

Holland need 2 points out of 2 remaining games, one v Luxembourg and one v Slovenia. I'll let you decide whether that makes qualification probable.

The form they're in currently, btw, no Bayern Munich player will make any sort of impression at the Euros in the summer.

Yea, they have reached a slight dip in form, but that happens, even to the best of teams, see Barca for example.

1. the euros are 7 months away
2. throughout bayern's bad run of form, klose's been injured for half of it and played pretty well in what other minutes he's got. In other words, bayern's form and his form aren't close.
:)
anyway, beckham's going to win it

While Holland don't classify yet, can't be sure.

Yeh Luxembourg, always tough to beat esp at home in Rotterdam.

That's why I said 'the form they're currently in'.

Actually, is very hard that possibility.
