I really don't think you put sufficient effort into that post. It's decidedly underwhelming. There's no nice way to say this but you've really been slacking off in recent years. Back in the days of the Taxi fanzine your were an ogre among trolls. But sadly that is no more.

I urge you to consider the diminishing quality of your recent work carefully. Hopefully with a bit more effort you can turn things around.

...by the way, the reason Alonzo Mourning signed with the Nets is because his nephrologist is in NYC... happens to also be my nephrologist, Dr. Gerald Appell. I'm sure Dallas or the Spurs were throwing more $$$ at him, but I really have to believe that this was the #1 reason for him moving into the area.

Sorry, seahawkdad, but I'm going to bite one more time.......he seems so sincere tonight! Actually, Michael, most of the DC "average joe sixpack" fans do not dislike Dema. He plays hard and gets his share of fouls, and I'm sure can be very agitating to the opposition, but he is ours now. Anton is one of the many mls attacking players who gets tired of getting fouled every time he gets near the ball...the result was just a little dustup that happens not infrequently. It bothers me only in that Dema is lost for our next game.

btw, you need to find a less repugnant term for the blows that Dema recieved.

Right ... Anyway, the problem with hating Dema is that everyone hates Dema. There's something cool and rebellious about defending him. Hell, I even defended the no-good bastard in the O'Brien incident. (Dema did nothing wrong, by the way.) Why be part of that mobbish Dema hating mass when you can stand apart from the pack and be a Dema defender or, better yet, be totally indifferent!
