Pretty simple topic, list specs, combat records and photos of your plane of choice.

I have more then a few to show starting with the most successful combat Jet in history, the F-15A-E. Never been shot down, only plane to ever shoot down a satellite, and never matched in Air combat.

The US and Israel claim to this date that no F-15 has been shot down. The F-15 fighter has been used in combination with standoff anti satellite missiles such as the one pilot, Major Wilbert D. “Doug” Pearson , used when he became the only pilot to destroy a satellite ever. Using the ASM-135 ASAT standoff missile, Pearson

The F-15 is one of the first planes to be designed to achieve air superiority and manueverability. F-15s went into combat for the first time for the Israeli army in 1978 in Lebanon. In Operation Desert Storm 38 enemy aircraft were shot down by the F-15C. The F15 is one of the best planes the world has ever seen especially when it comes to combat records. Saddam’s air-force refused to go airborne during Operation Iraqi Freedom due to the fear of the F-15C Eagle.
The capabilities of the current fighters in the United States, and other nations arsenal’s surpass that of the F-15C, but jets such as the F-22 Raptor, F-35 Lightning II, Super Flanker, and Eurofighter do not have the proven combat record of the F-15.

A good video of F-15 training, note the F-4 getting blown out of the sky.

Now for the plane that is replacing the vaunted F-15. The F-22

The maneuverability of the F-22 Raptor truly is amazing. The video below shoes the advanced capabilities of the F-22 beyond its radar and stealth technologies. The F-22 is much more stable in low speed maneuvers than all of its predecessors. As you can see in the video below, the F-22 can achieve vertical flight quickly after take off and pull some unbelievable maneuvers. F-15 pilots cant touch the Raptor in mock dogfights during flight tests. The F-22 Raptor is widely known as the most advanced and best military aircraft ever built. With a maximum speed of over Mach 2, advanced avionics, and stealth technology, the F-22 raptor truly is in a class of its own. Watch the video below to see the advanced stability and maneuverability of the F22 Raptor

Very impressive video of the F-22

Here is another impressive Combat Jet.

Just watch the video.

This is a video displaying the acrobatic ability of an experimental Soviet jet fighter, the Su-37 Terminator. The Su-37 is designed to be able to outmaneuver any adversary in close combat dogfighting. With it’s reinforced frame, vector thrust, and aerodynamics, the Su-37 can perform dogfight moves unlike any other plane built, including the F-22 Raptor (http://www.futurefirepower.com/military-weapons-vehicles/f-22a-raptor-fa-22-the-future-of-air-superiority/), or F-35 Lightning (http://www.futurefirepower.com/military-weapons-vehicles/aircraft/f-35-lightning-ii-lockheed-martin-new-fighter-jet-world-standard/), the Su-37’s closest competitors. However, the Su-37 has not entered service into any military, and for now remains a demonstration of the limits of human piloted aerial acrobatics.

Next up, The JSF F-35.

The stealthy, multi-service F-35 is the most powerful single-engine fighter in history, and is designed to replace the F-16, F/A-18 Hornet, the Harrier and the A-10. “The Lightning II performed beautifully,” said F-35 Chief Pilot Jon Beesley following the flight. “What a great start for the flight-test program, and a testimony to the people who have worked so hard to make this happen.” The most powerful engine ever placed in a fighter aircraft - the Pratt & Whitney F135 turbofan, with 40,000 pounds of thrust - effortlessly pushed the F-35 skyward.

The stealthy F-35 is a supersonic, multi-role, 5TH Generation fighter designed to replace a wide range of existing aircraft, including AV-8B Harriers, A-10s, F-16s, F/A-18 Hornets and United Kingdom Harrier GR.7s and Sea Harriers.
“The first flight of the F-35 Lightning II is an historic moment because, for the first time ever, we are seeing the dawn of an aircraft with all the 5TH Generation attributes - including advanced stealth, fighter agility, sensor fusion and greatly improved supportability - combined in an affordable package,” said Ralph Heath, president of Lockheed MartinLoading... (http://finance.yahoo.com/q/bc?s=LMT) Aeronautics Co. “The F-35 will be the most advanced and most capable multi-role fighter on the international market for many, many years to come.”

There is a good video at the bottom of the page.

Here's a slideshow. Mostly US, mostly jets, but a mix of other types & origins:
