If you'll notice, there is a new "Italian Team Threads" forum, where Brian has helpfully created threads for each Serie A team. I have merged the old team threads that were in this forum with the ones over there. There are also a few others for non-Serie A clubs of interest.
If I understand things correctly, if we can demonstrate enough interest in any individual clubs via on-going discussions in those threads, we might be able to get some individual team forums back.
Not ideal, but a step in the right direction.

Out of curiosity, what happened to the Juve thread that I merged?
I noticed that it's disappeared.
btw, Sue, right now I'm sitting in Middlebury, VT. Anything interesting to do in this state??

There is a Juve thread over there - about 18 posts in length. It's just at the bottom of the page because there haven't been any new posts to it since Brian created all the other team threads.
As for something to do - I think you asked me this once before, no? And, um, er ... sorry, not much unless you're into hiking or biking or other outdoorsie things. I assume you've already spent the 10 minutes it takes to walk around bustling downtown Middlebury and the college campus. And that you've seen the Otter Creek that goes through town - that reminds me, there IS beer in Vermont! There you go... :)

Yes I did ask once before, but I thought maybe you guys had something new ;)
Well I guess I can try the beer, although there don't seem to be any bars here.

Dante, SueB, et al.,
Firstly, thanks for all your hard work.
Secondly, just a question regarding the re-organization of the forums. Can you confirm my understanding of the newly created forums?
Italy: General forum where most anything is game to be discussed. Likely place for general Serie A news.
Italy National Team: Self explanatory.
Italy Clubs: Place to discuss team specific news, results, formations, rumors, etc. The high traffic clubs will have their own forums, others will be posted to as needed.
My basic question is how do I determine what constitutes a topic worth putting in the general forum versus the club forum? For example, a news article regarding Inter's formation will obviously belong in the Inter forum, but an article about Seedorf being transferred from Inter to Milan might be of interest to the general population, not just the clubs involved. Recently all the transfer talk about Nesta, R9, and Canavarro are good examples of things which affect specific clubs but also impact all of Serie A. Team news or general news?
Just wondering your thoughts.

Good question and here's your answer.
If it's a transfer, please keep it in the respective team thread.
In the Italy General Forum we can discuss things like the schedules, league news, discussions about vaious things etc.
