Jose, you were if anything the greatest and the things you did for Chelsea were great. 2004-2007, thanks for the 3 years. A depressed Chelsea fan.

Great manager, this is one of the most retarded decisions in football.

My fiancee will now stop watching Chelsea with me b/c the only reason she watched Chelsea is b/c she thought Jose was hot.

Being an anti-Chelsea fan ever since the Russian took over, I have to feel some sympathy for their true fans and Mourinho himself. It is such a shame that a club has to put up with some w@nker and his dream of building a real-life FM team. Good for Mourinho, he doesn't have to put up with this - eventually Chelsea Inc. will realize how big of a mistake they made.

"If Roman Abramovich helped me out in training we would be bottom of the league and if I had to work in his world of big business, we would be bankrupt!" Jose Mourinho. Sadly this may become a reality.

Roman Abramovich just wants to turn Chelsea into Real Madrid. Big names poor results big money. Jose see's this happening so he left. Jose Deserves allot more respect from that Russian asshole.

I became a Chelsea supporter under Ranieri, but Jose made me fall in love with this club. Those two first years were two of the best of my life. I think since January we all knew this was coming at some point, Abramovich wants to run the club himself and make transfer decisions. This is a sad day for Chelsea supporters, and I can guarantee you the players(except maybe Sheva and Cole) are either pretty pissed or severely depressed right now. Nobody ever stuck their neck out for their guys like Jose did.

Dear Roman, you know I appreciate that you brought in funds to help us but really we were 6 games into the season. Arsenal haven't won much in the last 3 years and I don't recall for Arsenal supporters to sack Wenger. Football is a game of patience and yes you want a CL really badly but you're turning us into Real Madrid. Honestly I don't want to be that team but come on. Bringing in Sheva even though everything was fine the way it was, was just the beginning of many things. Bringing in Ballack too completely screwed up our midfield big time. Like Zidane said when Makelele was sold from Real Madrid when we got those two (S&B) "Why put more gold paint on the Bentley when you're losing the entire engine?" In this case it's adding unnecessary parts to the engine.

Yes it's your team and your money but you should have just left it to The Special One. He knew how to manage a team both big and small. And now we're screwed against United on Sunday.

Signed, an upset Chelsea fan.

not to turn this thread into transfer and purchases history, but all Chelsea fans were calling for another striker after Drogba's 2nd season. Could we have gotten someone younger than Sheva? Maybe, but who knew Sheva would not rise to our expectations.

In any case, I LOVE YOU JOSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why don't one of you Chelsea fans just walk up to the Russian asshole while hes sitting in his fancy little prez seat in Stamford Bridge and just knock him one. Maybe you'll get lucky and he'll fall off the top deck and die. He really deserves it :D

best manager a team could have, a genius on the pitch, full of passion, great with the players and i will miss everything he brought the game like being the story on the front page so the players wouldn't, he truly was the father of CFC
JM campaign at CFC introduced me to all European Football from the very start, and now it is my foremost interest and passion

you WILL be remembered and loved by us all

thank you

Bottom line....he was/is the best player's manager in the world hands down. Maybe he is no Ferguson, but he had love, respect, fear and loyalty of players. Tacticians can be replaced, hearts can't.

btw, there goes that home unbeaten record under Jose.

Any chance of RA and Jose settling their differences and change their minds?
