you can send mutiple texts out at once, which you can't do for phone calls.
now why are you so hung up on this one fact!? Him texting should be least of your worries. The fact that its on SKY and Soccernet should worry you greatly.

Actually it's the little things that generally tell you when the Brit media is bullshitting. Just remember that SKY is owned by the same company that owns the Sun Newspaper so it certainly doesn't mean it's true just because they are reporting it.
