I am filled with a sense of dread. A repeat of 2005 will kill me.

I hope for a ruthless Everton. Moyes should instill that in them. 4-0!

4-0?

No way. We will squeeze out a 1-0, if we don't come out with the idea that we don't have to work for it.

Anyone know if this game will be on TV in the States? Didn't see it on Setanta, but I thought must English UEFA games were usually televised...

Yeah UEFA cup games are normally on terrestrial TV here. Same as some Champions League games. Everton are on Channel 5 in the UK.

has it started yet???? :p

You know it's a big day when I actually pull my club scarf out and *wear* it! I had my super blue on this morning :) got some funny looks cos it really does clash with my work clothes, but I don't care!

So what's the status on our injured peeps? I skimmed toffeeweb earlier and saw 3 or so names, including arteta and AJ. :(

I don't think I could bear for us to crash out at this first stage, so I'm trying to steel myself for that possibility :-(

COYB!

No Arteta on the bench. I just hope he's available for Villa. This midfield scares me, but I think we'll be money.

Kickoff's been delayed 25 minutes. They did not say why.

So now I have to wait even longer. I just don't have that kind of patience.:)

Me neither. Particularly with my lunch doing somersaults in my stomach.
