I went to the game today. This is my favorite game because since its my team (UNAM) vs my 2nd team, I mostly have at least something regardless of the score. A lot of support for Pumas and the victory was deserved. Still it was not a great game and Pumas won mostly because of the garbage play of Tecos. Pumas has a lot of possesion but really lacks the offensive touch. I'm not sold on Solari. Palencia is too slow. And even with the goal, Iñiguez looks like he is going to be just a promsie that never panned out. I really what I heard on the radio about how Gringo Castro gets a lot of flack for his bad crosses when he is a right back, yet Iñiguez job is to send crosses and they are worse. It was a bad job by UNAM offensively. They can't control the job and the tronco Solari hampers the team. Scocco's play is going downward.
I really liked the win but its also bring worries for when they have to face good teams. The teams looks far from being a contender.

I agree with you Rafa ... however it is not all bad news ... we did look better than we have for a while, and we have drawn, even lost, against some bad teams in last 6 months.
Tecos, to be fair, were just AWFUL ... but we had some good points ...
Solari - I just don't think he is good enough, a donkey, but our top scorer!
Paco - I thought he has a good game, but he is slow, we have littel pace in attack, except Iniguez ...
Scocco - looked really poor this season, and started poorly yesterday, but I did felt he was improving during the game, and was surprised to see him come off
Leandro - looked good today, he has to give it up with the long shots, though
Castro - had an excellent game, really good
Iniguez - you know I hate him, but I think he also had a good game, and caused problems, a a lovely finish, of course, but he did fade as the game went on
Velarde - another excellent game, really looking the real deal again
Moreno -
Veron - these two looked solid, but not really tested
Espinosa - looking more comfortable at this level
Barrera - 62 mins - best I have seen him, lovely move and ball for second goal
We really do have a problem in last third, and crossing is really shite, I agree, but the whole team...
