Friedel and Blackburn take on Chelsea on 09/15 from Stamford Bridge.
The last time these two sides met was in their FA Cup semi-final encounter last season, on that occasion Chelsea came out on top. In fact, Chelsea got the better of the Lancashire club four times last season, beating them in all of the domestic competitions.
Brad FRIEDEL has made 118 consecutive Premier League appearances for Blackburn, in a sequence that started at the beginning of the 2004-05 season.
Sky Bet odds: Chelsea 2/7, Draw 7/2, Blackburn 8/1

This no doubt reflects Chelsea's dominance over Blackburn last season.

This match is on FSC right now.
It's still 0-0 after 12 minutes.
MLS alumnus Ryan Nelsen is also playing for Blackburn. That partnership with Congo international Samba is a really good one.
Congo and New Zealand internationals in the center of defense, the Australian Emerton and Englishman Warnock as fullbacks, with the American international as the Goalkeeper.
Their strikers are from Paraguay and South Africa, and two midfielders from Norway and Wales. The subs bench inclues a Dutchman and a man from Grenada.
Quite the United nations for Blackburn. Not that its unusual, but I find it entertaining. The best Engish player, Bentley, gets booed every time he touches the ball.

UNREAL save by Friedel on Essien rocket.

Friedel just made a ridiculous save in this one. I had it on the background, and I think it was a shot by Essien.

Another good save by Brad on Shevchenko this time.

Brad looked good on both of those saves, pretty much the only two real chances for either team thus far. Kind of a sloppy game as a whole thus far.

Big Brad is still one of the best goal keepers in the world. If he were English instead of American, he would have been treated like a god. The man has been spot on all game, doesnt get the credit he deserves, he's still WORLD CLASS.

Actually it still looks like a bad call, but the video evidence on Belletti is inconclusive. Regardless, I don't agree with these announcers who seem to favor some kind of video review, or at least think the use of some kind of technology in these kinds of calls is inevitable.

Brad Friedel with another ridiculous save.
Unfortunately Samba just got kicked in the head by Shevchenko. Pretty ugly looking.

Brad Friedel with another ridiculous save.
Shevchenko headed it right to him - but it was a critical save when AS had the goal at his mercy. Now tell me I'm not a Brad fan.

Brad is up and looks okay. Samba still being treated on the side. 89th minute but there will be a lot of added time.

and time called after 99 minutes
Freidel and the AR steal a point at Stamford Bridge.
I hope Samba's OK, that was a nasty kick in the head by Schevchenko (unintended though it was).

One really bad call against Chelsea. Very strong game by Brad. Pretty much no offensive pressure by Blackburn.
Not a bad game.
