My son is turning 8 and going to a have a soccer party in his backyard. Can any one suggest any highlights videos that would be good for kids that age?

I would avoid any "player" specific DVD in general, because if you get a Maradona or Geroge Best, you may get a lot of narrative about their durg, alcohol or womanizing addictions. I made the same choice this summer for my league cookout for my U11 girls.

Kids usually love two kind of videos:
- Spectacular goals and saves; or (even better)
- Spectacular owngoals, whiffs, screw-ups etc.
What they don't like much are videos about tactic, especially if a coach watches together with them, and keeps pausing, rewinding, explaining, pointing, talking blahblahblah.......
