holytoledo, I was getting fairly pissed off at you shooting me in the back every couple of minutes of so this morning. Incidently, was it your whining that was coming through my speakers throughout? .
Everytime I killed you I thought, "I know he's going to comment on this on BS." :D
It probably was my whining. There's surprisingly little chatter in that game even on team modes and I would forget my mic was on. My roomate also came home to see the game for the first time while I was playing and I was talking to him, forgetting again the mic was on.

I never realized that people still played the first one. I have a friend in Korea who told me there's a television channel dedicated to the game, thousands still playing, etc.

To the surprise of no one, even the PS3 supporters, "Home" is delayed. On the plus side, DualShock 3 will be coming out next year.

Yeah there are a lot of people still playing. I just got back into it a few months ago. I used to be l33t on StarCraft, but never played Brood War. Now there are only a few people playing the original so I had to make the Brood war transition, and my record is something like 21-101. Very, very different. If anyone still has SC or BW let me know and we can dominate B.net. :D

WTF are those crazy Asians up to now. One of those dudes has a rag wrapped around his head and some sort of cloth with writing wrapped around his face so that he looks like he's a member of Hamas. :D

That's not just any writing, that's the name of one of the players. They have their own merch. :rolleyes:

So I think I'm gonna head out and get a PS3 or Wii this weekend....
The PS3 would be totally for me, while the Wii would be for gatherings of people and stuff.....
I'm thinking the Wii first, since I really have no desire for the PS3 until the new GTA comes out. On the other hand, I saw that a new Ratchet & Clank game is coming out next month. I'm torn, what do I do?

Wii first. Little point in wasting your money on a PS3 until the price comes down and decent games arrive. Wait until next Spring at the earliest.

I'm just going to throw my hat in the ring here and say I'm very happy with my PS3. It's a gaming system with free online play and a blu ray player. Not to mention VR has one, need I say more..

I was already happy with mine, then Jayro got one. That was awesome. Now, I figured out that I can put my porn on a flash drive and view it on my HDTV. Is there no end to the pleasure that my PS3 can bring me.

Anyway, the PES 2008 demo is on the European marketplace at the moment. I'll report back once it is downloaded. You lot could probably still do the European account 'trick' to steal it from our servers. If not: :p

I'm very happy with the games I have. Anything above Madden and FIFA when it comes out is gravy to me... ;)

Since we can't both use United when we play FIFA against each other, we will need to choose other teams. I call Barca.
By the way, did you download the FIFA demo?
