I was trying to think of a time when I've seen Fred angry on camera. Not only that I can't think of a time when he was just neutral. He always seems to have a smile on his face. Happy to have done something good. Happy to have been challenged with a slide tackle. Happy to take a throw in.

Or is this just the way he scowls?

If you got paid 100k+ to play soccer for DC, and were good at it, wouldn't you smile a lot too?:)

Ya, anymore a soccer game broadcast by ESPN seems like one big beckham blowjob.

I am actually enjoying FSC now. My wife joins me and keeps count of all of the new words that Max creates during the game.

I agree, I've actually always found FSC to be pretty good. Not always the best, and Bretos can be a bit biased, but most of the time pretty good. I've also grown to like Tony Limarzi, but he's only radio.

So long as one of the teams in the match Bretos is covering isn't LA. When one of the teams is LA, Bretos is more of a homer than Feldman is for NE. Yes, I'm serious. And not just on FSW, where it would perhaps be forgivable -- on FSC.
