Ye sounds good, we should do a competition maybe where some people represent their country and post up the 5 nicest girls they can find from their country (dont have to be famous or anything) and then when everyone has their 5 in we could do a vote and the winner is UEFA Totty champions :D

I'll be representing Ireland so

What's this lunacy? I thought it was universally recognised that we, the Germans, are the most rude people to walk this planet. Challenged by the Poles and Czechs?! I think we need to step it up a little...

Don't your neighbours on the other side of the Rhine have something to say about that ? :D

Anyway, I didn't know where to post this, but didn't think it deserved its own thread... and since this one's gone all to hell on the rudest European people and the best totty

Poland is in, but look at the rest.
I know its unlikely, but guess what happens if Serbia wins its next two matches at home to Kazakhstan (they'll need revenge for losing to them in the away leg) and to an (already qualified Poland) AND Finland shock Portugal in Portugal.

ALL three teams finish on 26 points.
Serbia would have drawn Portugal in both games. Finland would be ahead of Portugal on head to head, and Serbia would be ahead of Finland on head to head.

Is it Serbia that goes through ?

It would be determined by a mini league using the results between the three nations. As it stands between the three teams, Portugal has 3 points, Finland 2 points and Serbia 6 points. A Finland victory would give them 5 points so Serbia would go through.

After the result of the Israel-Russia game, it appeared that all the heavyweights will qualify for the Finals. Both England and Portugal are in control of their destiny pending the shock result. Unliked 2004, we had outsiders such as Latvia and Greece :) in the Finals.

Well Poland qualifying for the Euro hasn't exactly been a run of the mill occurrence...and when you think of it, Austria stole one of the rank outsider's slots...

Since the tournament expanded to 16 teams, assuming the teams in italicsget through, we've had about 3 tiers of teams: the world powers (6), the second tier european teams that almost always qualify (Portugal and Czechs are the only ones to have done it alll 4 times) and the surprises (Croatia is a team that is no longer a surprise on the world stage, despite having missed out on euro 00. Turkey on the other hand, while being somewhat of a non surprise on the European stage is not yet established on the world stage (missing out on 94, 98, 06. Greece by virtue of being defending champions are strangely placed on the leaderboard despite not being recognised on the world stage)

Fcuk sake, how did Russia not beat Israel? They were all over them, lets England into Euro 2008 so we have to listen to all their crap talk, unless Croatia do us a big favour. On the bright side now Italy might get the chance to give them a good beating

yeah i hope we beat england, but if we do that our players like corluka, eduardo, kranjcar who all play in premiership, and modric(in future probably in some premiership club) will never play in the first teams for their clubs! :-)

Oh yes!!

Here's a way of dealing with it:

1) Place hand on shoulder
2) Grasp hold of chip
3) Remove chip and discard
