totally. i saw a new one on ebay and was bidding for it but once it past the 60 dollar range in bidding i said no thanks lol (i already have 6 other balls)

although i did just get a new Tango for 15 bucks (well, plus the 10 bucks shipping) but i would have to say Tangos, Roteiros, and the newer Teamgeist balls are my all time favorites. The older teamgeists are great, but as previously mentioned, it just feels the skin is too slippery, whereas the newer ones have dimpled skin which grips a bit more.

I saw some of those at the Adidas outlet in York but they were still £52.00 you certainly got a bargain for £25! they are fantastic balls!!

Thats were i got it from the York outlet. I live just outside of Hull (Hessle), were are you from?

The Champions league balls were £52 but the euro 08 one's were £25 they had 6 of them when i was there, nearly tempted to buy them all.

what is the best ball for 30-40dollar range?

nike has club team balls for 40.00 that I like and Adidas has a fifa approved ball for 50. Outlet stores typically have good balls for cheap. check there

I'm from the midlands but my sister lives in York so i was up for a visit! I did see the europass balls but just assumed they'd be the same price as the champions league balls. I didn't really need one anyhow as i got a teamgiest 2 from there a couple of months ago and its in really good shape.

I'd recommend, the Voit Tribu, it was the Mexican League ball for about 2-3 years. Super durable, not to mention holds air very well and great great touch on the ball. Best part its about 30 dollars shipped on ebay or cheaper. They come in many colors, I like the yellow one since its more visible.

Also, of course its FIFA Approved.

What do you guys think of this ball?

I can get it locally for about $75 CND with taxes included... It's really tempting but I'm not sure. I have the Nike Aerow 2 already and really want to try an adidas ball. What do you guys think???

i have the europass ball, which is basically the same exact ball but with a different visual on it, and its my favorite ball to play with. really top notch. that ball goes for 130 normally, so 55 bucks off is quite good. if you are looking for an adidas ball, that would be a good one to get.

adidas have been the kings of soccer balls since the 70s....

the Telstars, the Tangos, the Roteiros, now the Teamgeists, all great balls.

I love my teamgeist europass ball, but sometimes i get in a certain mood and prefer my tango.

btw, random question:
i play on turf mainly....the rubber bits leave HORRIBLE marks all over my balls (lol that would be funny to say out of context)
anywho, ive tried nail polish, and i tried that magic eraser thing, but nothing seems to be able to remove the ugly black marks....which makes me not want to use my tango and europass sometimes because i dont want to fu@k them up.

anybody have any tips for removing turf scuff marks off balls?

AFTER MY LAST GAME I NOTICED MY BALLS WERE WET AND COVERED IN SCRATCHES, WOULD WAXING MY BALLS PREVENT THIS?

:D:D
