sucks man. It's a shame that it seems they're making almost a bigger deal out of whether the Chargers will play their game at Qualcomm or not.

Went to Scouseland yesterday. Left my house at 5.30am, got home at 1.30am. The train journey for some non-apparent reason was 5.5 hours. Gay. Did blag my way into first class on the way home so got some quality sleep action :D

I can't believe you missed them two more or less open goals. The best way to get sleep if you can't sleep in first class is getting up in the baggage rail.

Quite. :D
But as usual it seems Jamie Carragher has carte blanche to throw people around the Liverpool box and get away with it.

Did you not know? It's against the law to either give a foul against Carrager, or give the away team (other than Chelski) a pen at Anfield.

I hate it when trains decide to take longer than they should to reach their destination. I had that the other week when the train decided it wanted to take 6 and half hours to get to York!!

The most annoying thing about the train home was that it stopped at EVERY SINGLE STATION on the way back, for 20 minutes. Even when nobody was there! I swear I almost got cabin fever. Anyway here's a few pics.

Lucky me, seat next to away fans. Was fun to insult them and swear at them constantly for 90 minutes, and when they said stuff back the stewards told them to shut up!!! Hahaha!

I had to say the "famous atmosphere" of Anfield quite disappointed me. We outsung the Liverpool fans for all but the 5 minutes after they scored so I was quite disappointed considering they are apparently the best fans in Europe. Not on that showing.
Oh, and look what I blagged my way into on the train home :)

Is it cheaper to sit being the goal? Sorry if that sounds like a dumb question but im thinking about taking a trip to europe and seeing a few games.

Well it's not the same view I appreciate that, but it is cheaper. The ticket prices are based on the tier you're in (upper or lower) and exactly where you are. The simplified ticket prices at Emirates, for example, are as follows:
Goal Lower Tier £32
Goal Upper Tier £38 - £49
Centre Lower Tier £35
Centre Upper Tier £49 - £66
Then you have Club Level (VIP) which is between £130 and £185 a game.
We have a seperate pricing structure for "Category A" games, which are against the likes of Man U, Chelsea, Pool, Spurs and West Ham.

Keep in mind that Arsenal have the highest ticket prices in the EPL, I believe, so if you wanted to see, say Bolton, like your info says, it'll probably be much cheaper. Especially with the way their season is going. The Reebok was about half full for their game at the weekend.
Obviously the further you are toward the center of the pitch the better and more expensive the seats.
Edit: The most expensive regular old seats at the Emirates are £93, the most expensive at the Reebok are £39. This of course doesn't include all the VIP nonsense and all that, but you could probably get the VIP treatment at Bolton for the price of a regular old seat at Arsenal.

I like to sit in the lower tiers by the corner flags. That way you get a good view of both goals. I did have a really good seat when i went to see West Brom last season though. We were right by the pitch to the left of the goal so we could pretty much see everything. It was a bit embarassing seeing myself on MOTD though!
