I'm going back to a different hospital this time! The nurse who wrapped my leg up is a qualified sports physio and basically told me how rubbish they were at the other hospital to not tell me anything and simply say "go back to playing when you feel ready". Useless.

I might well start some massage in a week or so to help the swelling. I am in agony at the moment tho, can't bend it or anything.

I did the exact same thing as you Skizz, 2 years ago and it took me 6 weeks before I could kick a ball and 8 weeks before I felt comfortable enough to play on it. When you dislocate there's massive amounts of bruising and all that takes a long time to go away. Not to mention your ligaments were probably still all stretched out so your knee didn't have nearly enough stability.

For the record, despite 2 very impressive International RESULTS for England in soccerball and posh egg-chasing (who'd bet Leeds wud destroy Saints in the mans code!), both were unimpressive performances. SWP was again shocking, yet he scored so peeps r gonna get excitedlike he did something...
